Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Studies, an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management and Certificates in Mediation/Conflict Resolution, Labour Relations and a variety of assessment tools including Birkman, Lumina, Insights, Strong Interest Inventory and MBTI.
She has been granted the MCC (Master Certified Coach) designation by the International Coach Federation and she is a Certified Meditation Instructor through the Chopra Centre in California.
Ingrid has advanced skills in the completion of Narrative 360’s which support the collection of invaluable developmental feedback.
She is a member of The Boss Whispering Institute where she has learned how to coach abrasive leaders.
Because Ingrid earns her living solely from her work as a Coach, and because she is a lifelong learner, she invests considerable time and money in her own professional development – above and beyond what her professional designations require.
