A highly respected Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University 2002), Ingrid specializes in Leadership and Executive Development as well as career exploration and transition issues.
Prior to her current role, Ingrid led the Vancouver Island office of a large international HR Consulting firm that specialized in Career Transition and Talent Management.
Ingrid has also held Executive Director and VP level positions with the Manitoba Civil Service Commission in Winnipeg, the Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Saskatoon and Camosun College in Victoria where she provided strategic HR, labour relations and organization development advice and guidance.
Her experience includes expertise in compensation and classification, employee wellness and policy development. She has held responsibility for leading and developing all aspects of the human resources function. Ingrid held the CPHR designation until 2018.
Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Studies, an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management and Certificates in Mediation/Conflict Resolution, Labour Relations and a variety of assessment tools including Lumina, Insights, Strong, MBTI and Birkman. She is a member of The Boss Whispering Institute where she has learned how to coach abrasive leaders.
Ingrid has been granted the MCC (Master Certified Coach) designation by the International Coach Federation and she is a Certified Meditation Instructor through the Chopra Centre in California.
Ingrid was honored to be the award recipient in Leadership Victoria’s 2015 V Awards in the Excellence Through Coaching & Mentoring category.

In addition to her work as an Executive Coach, Ingrid co-founded the online mentorship program called Inside Public Sector Leadership: Practical Wisdom which is designed to explore the unwritten protocols and grey areas that leaders in today’s public service need to navigate in a Westminster model of government.
In her personal time, Ingrid enjoys time spent with her family. She actively engages in activities that promote and enhance the fitness of body, mind, heart and spirit.
