Anna specializes in helping people gain clarity at important times of life transition.
She takes particular interest in helping young adults navigate the decisions of post-secondary or initial career, assisting mid-career adults identify fulfilling work, and supporting retiring adults in making meaningful choices.
As an IBA Associate, Anna combines her expertise with two powerful tools for self-understanding—The Passion Test and Lumina Spark. In a facilitated process that explores and identifies natural strengths, interests, values, and the passion, or meaning, in life, she guides people to their ‘sweet spot’ of a satisfying life or career.
Anna’s clients, who range from early 20s to 70s, comment on her genuine empathy, and her ability to foster their creativity, courage and compassion.
As an accredited practitioner with Lumina Learning, Anna enjoys presenting Lumina Spark workshops for business and family teams.
Anna draws on her experiences as an entrepreneur, a marketing communications professional, a mother and life enthusiast to facilitate her Work/Life Clarity program, Spark workshops, and keynotes. She is a Toastmaster and known for her natural gift to inspire people through her wisdom, humour and love of her work.
She volunteers as Past-President of Soroptimists International Victoria Westshore, as a mentor with Community Micro Lending, and as a facilitator with Junior Achievement.
Before launching her company Boost Potential, Anna’s marketing career included the Sales & Marketing Director of Page One Publishing, and the Communication Manager for the Victoria Hospitals Foundation and Travelodge Canada.
